I'd been hating myself for hating Henry James, but on Saturday Jessie told me The Ambassadors was half the reason her dad dropped out of grad school (I forget what the other book was), so I'm starting to feel not so bad.
Snow days help.
Took a walk down through Red Hook this afternoon. I think natural disaster plus urban decay counts as the best aesthetic collision I've ever observed.
